By offering personalized guidance, hands-on training, credit recovery, industry credentials, and work experience opportunities, the academy equips students with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Students can benefit from individualized attention from experienced counselors, gain practical skills through industry-relevant coursework, and explore potential career paths through networking opportunities. The academy also provides valuable credit recovery courses to help students get back on track to graduate, as well as opportunities to earn industry-recognized credentials such as CPR/First Aid, Stop The Bleed, Bloodborne Pathogens, and NIMS. These credentials can help students meet the requirements for the industry-recognized credential 12 points graduation seal in Ohio.
In addition, students can earn the Ohio Means Jobs Readiness Seal, another important element for the pathway to graduation in Ohio.
The academy also offers opportunities for students to gain valuable work experience through our industry placement program and develop essential skills in work readiness.
